weekends
weekends are the times that i have to really watch assess how the week has been a really increase my water intake and make sure that i am within my points range -i usually make soup sunday morning -i made clam chowder with skim milk today to that will be for tonight and eat on the light side - then mondays i eat once before weigh in usually a brunch and then nothing until 7.00 pm other than a fruit maybe -then i weigh in and then i have whatever i want on monday evenings no points evening and then i start all over again on monday -D
