GAIN -BACK TO BASICS -ONE BITE AT A TIME

I find when i have gained any weight if it be due to hormonal issues -illness or medications then i need to return back to basics for me this means do what i did in the beginning -
make the zero point soups and look for all the zero point foods such as veggies make f/f dips and have soups and more soups puff cereals or wheat a bix ** only weight watcher breads no others
a few weeks of tracking everything i mean everything .5 of a point and eventually i get back on track that is what i am doing this next few weeks and more increased activity
the program works if we work it they say and water water water -welcome to w. who has joined us this week and t.and g at work are doing so well as well i thank them all for their support as well daily to keep me motivated -i have so much to lose and so long to still go one day at a time
