Carrot Ginger Soup

2 pound bag of carrots boiled
1 small onion
broth 1 container f/f good low sodium better
Ginger as much as you want grated or chopped
*********************************************
boil carrots and onion and ginger all together
drain and mash together
add broth and salt and pepper or mrs dash
then place everything in the blender really blend well a few minutes
then place into the pot again and cook about 45 minutes then serve -
good to make at the beginning of the week alt to the w/w garden veggie soup a change and then you have it all week-freezes well
