Follow Your Plan no matter what

I have had a real change in my work schedule and was concerned how it would affect my eatting times changes and sleep and over all efforts -I remember when P at w/w says you just have to follow the plan and it works _ My other supports there A and S always say the same if you just keep doing the same thing the same behaviors and practices then eventually everything will work out and your body will catch up -I kept thinking about the comments of these wise ones that have made this journey ahead of me and they were right this week DOWN 6 pounds very very close to 60 pounds lost with the support and help of all of you ** Thanks ******HAVE A GREAT WEEK ***
